The practice
A small, senior team.
AI Consulting is the strategy and delivery practice of AITG Sdn Bhd, the Malaysian operating company behind Ai Teragrid. We are deliberately small, deliberately senior, and deliberately focused on the few industries where we believe our work makes a measurable difference.
Behind us sit two products built in-house — Teragrid Ai Platform, the engineering substrate for delivery work, and Teragrid Agent, an AI agent product designed for production deployment. The same engineering team that builds those products will co-deliver client work alongside our consultants — we don't plan to subcontract.
What that means in practice: when we put a plan in front of a board, it is a plan we ourselves intend to build.

Bad consulting produces a slide deck. If an engagement ends without something running in production, or without your team understanding what was built, the money was spent on prose. As the consulting practice of AITG Sdn Bhd, we work at the frontier of this shift because we build on it every day: the Teragrid Ai Platform and Teragrid Agent are our own products, designed for production agentic work. Readiness audit
We start by finding out what is actually true today: which documents, spreadsheets, and systems carry your daily work, where staff time leaks, and which processes are ready for AI and which are not. Four to six weeks, and you keep the findings whether or not you continue with us.

Strategy brief
The audit becomes a short, readable strategy brief: which three use cases pay for themselves first, what each needs (data, access, approvals), what it will cost, and what we deliberately recommend you do not automate yet. Written so a board can act on it.

Pilot build
One use case, built to production standard on the Teragrid Ai Platform with our own engineers alongside your team. A pilot that works on real company data, with a human approval step wherever the decision matters, is worth more than a deck of ten ideas.

Integration & controls
The pilot is wired into the systems your staff already use, with access control, an audit trail, and clear data boundaries aligned to PDPA 2010. Every action the AI takes is recorded, so any question can be answered later.

Technology fails when people are not brought along. We train the staff who will work with the AI, in plain language, and set up the escalation paths and review routines that keep the system useful after we step back.
